Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:
✅ Product is unused, unwashed, and unworn
✅ Original tags and packaging are intact
✅ Request is initiated within 7 days of delivery
❌ Returns/exchanges are not accepted for items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Include your Order ID, reason for return/exchange, and photos (if applicable). -
We will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions.

Once approved, ship the product back to our return address. (We’ll share the details via email.)
3. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we will request your bank details for a manual refund.
4. Exchanges

Want a different size or color? No problem — just mention it in your request email.

Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns/exchanges on:

Products bought on final sale or discounts above 30%

Items damaged due to misuse, washing errors, or negligence

Accessories (if applicable to your product line)
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, they will be processed and shipped.
7. Damaged or Wrong Item Received?
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll take care of it at no extra cost.
